Welcome to MB Table Tennis Tournament Cape Coast!

Get ready for an action-packed tournament exclusively for junior table tennis players in the Central Region. The tournament will take place on Saturday, 25th January 2025 at the University of Cape Coast. More info will follow.

There will be 2 main draws: one for 16 Boys and one for Girls (If there are only 12 Girls, there will be a Round Robin first for them).

Boys:

So the event will future 15 matches of Boys in the main draw. There will be double knock out. Who was not successful in Round of 16 you will enter "Second chance draw". And same in Round of 8 also.  So in the second chance draw the Boys will  play 11 more matches.

Girls:

As for Girls there is not (yet) a full draw of 16, they play first a Round Robin with 4 groups and the first 2 of each group continue on main draw (Round of 8). Who lost in this round will enter "s

econd chance draw" and and there will be 3 more matches.

The winners of Each second chance draw will also be rewarded.

All matches will be played with umpire marking the points.

At the moment we can count on 4 tables at disposal for the matches. Due to this restricted number not all matches of each round can be played at same time and the first rounds will be played at best of 3 games in order to save time and make sure that the tournament can finish before end of day light. Starting at 1/2 Finals the matches will be played "best of 5 games"
