I'm mb, my name is Marco Busetti and I have the pleasure of annoncing

The 2025 mb ping challenge

in  Cape Coast, Central Region, Ghana, organized and orchestered in coopération with National Coach Andoh Kwesi Koomson . It s already more than 7 years since last mb tournament, which took place in 2016.

This is a table tennis tournament for junior players of Central Region, d.o.b between 25 Jan 2007 and 25 Jan 2013. 

We are happy to offer an opportunity to young table tennis players to show off their talent and, may be, see rising a new star of Ghana table tennis. 

Date: Saturday, 25 January 2025

Venue: University of Cape Coast  

Tournament system: two main draws, One with 16 boys and one with 16 Girls. With double knock-out. At Round of 16 and at Round of 8 there is the chance of entering the "second chance draw".                      

    Note: as per today 10th of November the number of Girls registered for this tournament is not more than 12, Instead of a round of 16 there will be a Round Robin with 4 groups of 3 players.

Match system:. The first rounds are played "best of 3 games" and starting at 1/2 Final "best of 5 games" (until 11 points)

Hall opens:         09 am

1st match.                                                          (Round of 16) :   10 am

Finals:                  4 pm for 2nd chance draw

                              5 pm for main draw                                            boys/girls

Podium                                                                and prices:.          6 pm

Match balls:         Nittaku *** NSD 40+             white, 

A lunch will be offered.
